About Barry Sweets
We opened our doors in 2020 with a simple goal: bake delicious things, do a little good for the planet, and bring people together. Inspired by Chicago’s incredible craft beer scene, we partnered with local breweries to repurpose spent grain, giving that leftover goodness a second life in our cookies, brownies, breads, and more.
